Mastering Reality

“Earth Game” has its challenges. If one could view our physical reality here on Earth through a lens of understanding every kind of reality in every realm designed and created by Source/God, one would presumably see in this realm a high level of difficulty. Perhaps even a frightening level of difficulty; many individuated aspects of Source/God choose not to attempt it. We who are here are the bold ones, the ones who dared. We were drawn to the challenge; for us, the adventure was irresistible. We knew that, eventually (and perhaps only after many lifetimes), we would start to figure it out, see through the illusions, begin to remember through the fog of amnesia. With the remembering, we would begin to achieve mastery of this reality.

The first breakthrough (I will get to a second later) is to gain an understanding that our thoughts have purchase (i.e., causative impact) in physical reality. Not in a fully linear, one-to-one matching, as we know; I cannot bend a spoon simply by thinking of the spoon bending. Rather, it is the quality of one’s thoughts that matter, especially in aggregate and over time. I have used the expression “Quantum Signal” to describe the non-physical aspects commonly described in terms of “frequency” or “vibration” or resonance”. In a nutshell, it is the quality of one’s Quantum Signal in relation to any particular aspect of one’s life that will, over time, determine the quality of one’s experience in relation to that particular aspect. Call it the “Law of Attraction”, or “Thoughts Become Things”, or whatever; it is an irrefutable truth of this reality.

We can draw a simple distinction between high quality thoughts (“HQTs”) and low quality thoughts (“LQTs”). How to tell the difference? HQTs feel good; LQTs do not feel good. One cannot entirely avoid LQTs, because the world prompts them. The news, traffic, untimely inclement weather, your favorite sports team loses in overtime, some body part hurts, you catch a cold, someone is rude to you; whatever. Sometimes, you really do need to pay attention to LQTs; the driver coming through the red light towards you should capture your attention, momentarily. That last part is the key: momentarily. In the next moment, you need to shift to a better feeling thought.

In the example of the vehicle who ran a red light, you have a choice for that next-moment thought. You can if you like be angry at the idiot who nearly killed you; LQT. Or, you could think “Good thing I was paying attention; I handled that nicely and avoided an accident.” Totally different feeling.

More important, in aggregate, than the above example are all the moments when nothing in particular needs to capture your attention. Which, if you are honest with yourself, are a significant portion (and for some of us, the vast majority) of the moments in any given day. Can you use those to think about what you like, what you are enjoying, what you are looking forward to, what you are grateful for, and what you absolutely love? All of those, HQTs.

Yes, the world sometimes intrudes. But, as you develop the habit of letting HQTs be predominant in your world, something wonderful happens. The world intrudes less, that is, in a negative way. And what shows up at the door of your reality increasingly puts a smile on your face. Which not only helps to generate even more HQTs, but also reinforces that your habit of choosing HQTs is working wonderfully for you.

Why don’t more people adopt a habit of choosing HQTs? Because they have not yet grasped the significance of their Quantum Signal (i.e., the quality of their thoughts) as a determining factor in what lands in their personal reality. I would go so far as to say that many people predominantly select LQTs without having the slightest clue that they are doing so – while also having no clue at all as to the deleterious effect. Indeed, our modern world seems heavily skewed in favor of LQTs. The news – predominantly bad. Moreover, almost all of the clickbait on your personal device seems to fall into one of two LQT categories. The first is things that have happened that you should be triggered or enraged by. The second is things that might happen that you should be afraid of. There is an LQT epidemic out there, inviting you in. Just say no to LQTs. And make yourself a promise to pursue HQTs whenever you have an opportunity to do so (which is almost all of the time).

To be clear, one need not pursue perfect thinking, or even ultra-high quality thoughts. Just get it moving in a positive direction. In the depths of whatever, ask yourself “What is the highest quality thought I can think right now?” Reaching for a better-feeling thought will serve you well in every situation where you have a moment to choose.

Sometimes a “time out” will be all you need to reverse course from a stream of LQTs. A walk in nature will almost always move the dial upward. Even taking three deep slow breaths can change the quality of your thoughts. If you can, meditate. For me, it always helps to remind myself of the big picture of what this reality is and who we are and why we are here and what an amazing adventure this “Earth Game” affords to us. Or, if you find yourself momentarily too frazzled for any kind of deep thinking, simply taking a nap can get you off the train of LQTs before it derails in your reality.

Those of us who understand the significance of all this will, with practice, gradually master the art of choosing HQTs and eschewing LQTs. Life will be good. As love (aka the divine feminine) and joy (aka the divine masculine) together become your standard operating system, your life will increasingly be replete with joy and love. Because that is what you get when you build with those raw materials. But beyond that “next level” of all that, is there another level? Answer: yes, there is. Let’s call it simply “Mastery”. We can – and eventually, every one of us will – become masters of this physical plane. But there are reasons (explored below) why we may be surprisingly reluctant to go there.

What I mean by “Mastery” is that the “rules” of physical reality begin to become optional. By “rules”, I mean specifically the rule of linear causation – i.e., that everything that happens or changes can be traced to a linear sequence of physical causes that involve particles of matter. To step beyond linear causation is to step beyond linear logic. And, perhaps, beyond the laws of physics as we know them. There, to enter the realm of “miracles” – and true mastery of physical reality. Admittedly, few have done so; and they are aptly referred to as “Masters” or “Ascended Masters”.

I am talking here about going beyond the ordinary mechanism for reality creation, which consists of placing orders with “the Universe” (being the delivery system in play here in Earth Game) and waiting for the Universe to deliver them throughout whatever means the Universe in its wisdom sees fit. The metaphor I have used to describe that process is the Amazon delivery van that brings things to your door. The Amazon delivery van in that metaphor is the physical means the Universe uses to deliver what you have ordered up through your thoughts (all within the parameters of your beliefs, of course). The physical means deployed by the Universe to that end are linear. All lined up just for you. And by “lined up”, I do mean linear; cause and effect are all perfectly sequenced. And yet, the underlying reason why the Universe (aka the Amazon van) delivered something to your door is because that is what you ordered.

There is nothing wrong with relying on linear causation. It can work wonderfully well – in every aspect of your life. The Universe stitches things together masterfully. But what if there is yet another level to reality creation? What if you could step into non-linear causation. In effect, not mediated by the Universe – but rather co-created in partnership with the Universe. Where you bypass linear causation? By simply overwriting the code that constitutes any particular aspect of your reality?

If you are thinking “that is crazy talk”, fine; that just means non-linear causation may not be for you (at least not now). But if you are curious, then ponder it a moment. What if you could begin to have a mastery of reality the way Jesus or the great masters of India or Tibet are said to have had? Assuming for the moment that Jesus did in fact walk on water, note that he did not do so by first freezing the water into a solid. Similarly, he did not multiply loaves and fishes by having a supplier arrive just on time with abundant foodstuffs. Rather, the hallmark of such mastery is to break the chain of linear causation entirely – and to substitute a new reality for what was.

Before pondering the apparent impossibility of creating a desired reality while bypassing linear causation, it is important to note a reason why one would not even want to do that. The reason is that our brains are hard-wired into linearity. Our physical consciousness needs the story to unfold in a straight line. We need the storyline to make sense. No “plot problems”. No unexplained events. The pieces need to fit. Anything outside that box would seem crazy-making, unstable.

The resistance will be all the more determined for those of us who are highly logical, rational-thinking, paragons of sanity, having a low trigger for cognitive dissonance. The better we are at making sense of our world, the more we need our world to make sense.

Apart for the crazy-making aspect, there is also a long-established habit. We rather like the linearity of our personal stories and our world’s story, and we have practised long and hard to get good at linear causation. We are rightly proud of our adeptness at the game of linear causation. We like it when our attempts to “outwit, outplay, outlast” (to borrow from the Survivor franchise) meet with success. If, contrary to that way of doing things, one could just tweak some underlying coding of reality and generate whatever one wants in the moment, where would be the satisfaction in that?

Yet another potential reason-why-not is the realization that, once one begins to step beyond linearity, one has reached the final level of “Earth Game”. The last escape room to find an escape from. Meaning that, when this lifetime wraps up, there may not be enough reasons to come back for another round of Earth Game. A trade-off could be that, once one establishes full mastery of the physical realm, presumably one can extend one’s physical health and lifespan for as many years as one likes. Still, look around; linearity is fundamental to our stories, games, and adventures here in Earth Game.

Of course, I would trade all of the above reasons-why-not for an opportunity, on this icy-cold December day, to snap my fingers and teleport myself to a favorite tropical destination. But, that is not how one’s first “baby steps” into this new level of mastery are going to play out, is it?

Rather, baby steps are definitely the way to begin. There are reasons for that.

Firstly, for most, the realm of miracles is unattainable, full stop. Primarily because miracles are, per the belief systems of most people, by definition unattainable, impossible. Moreover, we don’t even contemplate miracles, let alone ask for them. Until, that is, the diagnosis is terminal, or some sort of bankruptcy (financial or metaphorical) looms. The difficulty (or impossibility) at that stage is that the realities generated by decades-long beliefs and thoughts have by then fully calcified. Although miracles remain theoretically possible (at least, from a metaphysical perspective), there is too much inertia, too much built up debris, the walls are too thick. And that is why such miracles are as rare as they are.

It occurs to me that perhaps the answer is to begin to learn the art of creating miracles before a miracle is needed. Moreover, to start looking for small miracles – even insignificant miracles – against which there is no inertia, no debris, no walls. To let ourselves begin to play at it a little, in a low-stakes way. What if we were to tiptoe into miracles? Just for the fun of it. That replaces the impossible heaviness of “miracles” with an enticingly playful lightness.

A further reason supporting a “tiptoe” approach is the mental resistance noted above. Instead of tearing up the story or disrupting the plot, why not just offer a minor strategic edit here and there? No one een needs to know about it; just a little secret between you and the Universe. With the story-line mostly intact, one’s determinedly linear brain will presumably not make so much of a fuss about an improvement here or there.

Fortunately, there is zero chance of waking up one morning with linearity shattered and in ruins. As with so many abilities of a metaphysical (i.e., Multi-Dimensional) nature, we will only wake up to what we can take in. Moreover, beginning to explore this final level of Earth Game in this lifetime does not require that one complete the exploration within this lifetime. If one prefers, another lifetime can be planned to revel in that exploration. Either way, begin.

The conceptual leap required to begin the exploration may not be quite so dramatic as one might think. If one is already awake to the truth that physical reality – illusion that it is – responds to thought through the intermediation of “the Universe” working with linear causation, perhaps it is only the logical next step that physical reality can also respond to thought that directly reprograms reality without going through linear causation. That may require releasing the notion that we are somehow separate from physical reality or the coding that projects it onto the screen of our lives. But releasing the illusion of separation is in so many ways and in so many aspects an essential element of our journey here. So why not begin to explore all that?

The first step, as with all new technologies, is to let it in, to imagine the possibility. To all those who are similarly inclined, I say this: let us tiptoe together into the Age of Miracles.

Mastering this reality. I cannot say I am there. But I think I can see it from here.
